- Duties:
- I greeted attendees at the door and presented them with programs
- I distributed surveys, collected them, and then compiled the data into an online system so the organizers could analyze it
- As someone who is not well-versed in the field of music, I learned that there are a lot of nuances regarding booking music artists. Lots of little parts must be accomplished and they are incredibly expensive.

BSC Marathon

- Duties:
- I warmly greeted racers and fans at race packet pick-up
- I answered questions about the race that was to be held the following day
- At this event, I learned the importance of making sure that volunteers were prepped with information to answer common questions. As one of the first people racers talked to, they had a lot of questions for us. Often times, we did not know all of the information that we should have.
Grow With Me Gala

- Assisted their food and beverage coordinator with pick-up from C&J's BBQ
- Prepared and served appetizers and served dinner cafeteria style
- At this event, I learned how to creatively use a space for an event. This event utilized a parking lot for their gala and the event felt very put together.
Aggie Invite

- Duties:
- My primary duty was to work the merchandise table throughout the weekend. This required me to be certified to use the TAMU Sports Club's card reader.
- Processed 2k-3k in sales each day
- I learned that sometimes more is less when it comes to selling things at an event. Our event had 20+ items in 6 sizes which made for a long weekend trying to keep track of everything.
